Description
Join us for Family Play Night! Family-fun fitness class and information on how to help your child stay healthy. Jen with Jenspiration Coaching will start the evening with a fun fitness class, followed by a presentation by Dr. Erica Hargrave and Nancy the Nutrition Nanny on how important your spine and nutrition are for the school year.
Be sure and wear comfortable clothes to play in! Drinks and healthy snacks will be provided.
