Panelists:
 Rachelle Rodriguez
Rachelle Rodriguez has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and had a successful career in corporate America. For the past 7 years manages a beauty and health consulting, LLC and is a Regional Vice President, where she provides Beauty and Health Consulting services. Rachelle has executed a Summer Homeless Drive for the past 2 years and continues to raise money for the homeless community. She is truly living a life of freedom, giving back and always striving to be her best, and loves helping others to also step into their greatness.

 Katie Evans
Katie Evans is the Owner and Lead Agent of the Living 48 Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty East Valley. She comes to real estate after several years of owning and running a local low voltage contracting business and prior to that she was a teacher. Since 2013, Katie has received several production awards such as the double gold award for closing over $8 million in real estate sales in a one year period. One of her core passions besides real estate is serving youth both in her church and partnering with outside organizations. 

 Tiffany Bisconer
Tiffany Bisconer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting and tax. Tiffany has worked with one of the top 10 Certified Public Accounting and Consulting Firms in the nation and is currently the Director of Acena Consulting focusing on providing specialty tax incentive consulting services. Combining her private industry and public accounting experience, she works with CPA firms and directly with business owners and leadership teams in multiple industries, at all levels of growth, to help educate and identify opportunities for the utilization of tax credits for infusion of cash flow.

 Devette Ross 
Devette Ross served approximately 10 years in the United States Air Force during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. After serving in the military she received her LPN certification later becoming a registered nurse. Devette is now the proud owner of Dee's Gifted Hands Spa Boutique in Youngtown, Az where she takes skin back in time, in no time.
Devette also works at Rosewood Ranch, an eating disorder facility for adults and adolescents, as a Registered Nurse. Devette’s platform is homelessness in Arizona. She also partners with Youngtown Ministries Coalition  where she will offer wellness checks for the homeless in the area.

 Barbara Rae
Barbara Rae has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has prepared taxes for over 25 years specializing in small business. Barbara has been an Executive Director with Melaleuca for over 20 years.

Barbara Rae is passionate about serving others and served on the Board of the March of Dimes, chaired the Women Business Leaders of Eugene, served as Board member and treasurer of Soroptomist and served 8 years as treasurer for the Waldport HS Boosters.Come and meet dynamic female entrepreneurs spanning across different industries for an evening of good conversation and discover the female movement taking over. 


About this Event
These creative and inspirational women will share their stories on how they got to where they are today and share their insights into being a woman in business. Afterwards we will open up the floor for questions, followed by networking with panelists and attendees.
